Shrimp Fish Recipe-1

Pomegranate Shrimp


Ingredients: 1 cup of shrimp (medium), coconut paste2 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon of mustard paste, green pepper paste 2 pieces,  turmeric paste 1 teaspoon, mustard oil 3 tablespoon, salt, 2-3 pieces slice of green pepper.
Method: mix all ingredients together, put it in a steel bowl, place it in pressure cooker and boil (vabe seddho). Serve (cingrir bati corcocri) with hot rice.

Shrimp Hodgepodge


Ingredients: half a kilo of shrimp, polao rice two cup,  mosur dal half cup, mug dal one cup, like the amount of oil, one egg, two tablespoons ginger paste, a table spoon of turmeric powder, chilli powder, two tablespoons, the amount of salt , the amount of water.

Ready Method: Choose the size of the shrimp should be washed off. Marinate the shrimp with ginger paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, pepper and the white part of egg. Fry the marinated shrimp with oil. Fry dal and rice with oil in another vessel add necessary water. Cover the pot after leaving salt and chilli powder.    When the water become half boiled, leave the fried shrimp with it and cover up. Leave two or three pepper slice. Turn off the oven and place lid on for five more minutes. Open the lid and serve.

Mango-Shrimp Fried Rice


Ingredients: Roasted almond quarter cup,1-inch slices bean as needed,  olive oil 3 tablespoons a little more, a large onion slices, garlic paste 3 (kowa), Ginger paste 1 tablespoon, red chilli or red pepper powder quarter teaspoon, selected shrimp 250g, 1 tablespoon butter, two teaspoons of coriander powder, cooked basmoti rice 6 cup, 3 tablespoons soya sauce, 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce, 1 tomato slices,   1 ripe mango cut into 1-inch slices, cut into 1-inch slices and half a cup, chop 15 Indian spinach leaves, lemon juice two tablespoons.
Method: Keep basmati rice in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Heat pan over medium heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the pieces of bean with a quarter teaspoon of salt. Set roasted bean and almond aside in a bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in the pot with the onions and fry the onion and half a teaspoon of salt. When the onions are light brown, cook ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and red chilli for 30 seconds and won with the Flex. Keep in mind, it cannot burn. Then stir half of the cold rice with oil. Add the rest of the rice. Next to the stove and shrimp with 1 tablespoon butter and a pinch of salt in a pot, fry fish reddish keep up. Prawn Tempura


Ingredients: Shrimp (large size) half a kilo, 2 eggs, onion paste 1 tablespoon, eraroot 1 tablespoon, flour 6 tablespoons, chilli paste 2 teaspoon, lemon juice / vinegar 1 tablespoon, baking powder a quarter of a teaspoon, Tasting salt half a teaspoon, two tablespoons soya sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste, white mustard paste (pan back) 1 table spoon, water and the oil needed.

Recipe: Peel and heads the shrimp without tail. Fish on the side (that is, if the head of the left) will take a little open. Soak the shrimp with 2 tablespoon soya sauce for 20-15 minutes. Cut the bread into cubes without the side. With the exception of oil and bread mix all the ingredients together. On one side of the bread set the spicy marinated fish straight. Sichuan Shrimp


Ingredients: Half a kilo of shrimp, dried pepper 4 pieces, 10 young onions,1 cup oil 4 percent, two tablespoons of tomato sauce, Capsicum slices in half, Half a tablespoon of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger chopped, 2 tablespoons chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt.
Method: Peel the shrimp heads dropped. Put washed. 4 The length of red chilli pepper slice. Take onions with leaf. Make little longer pieces of the leaf. Stir the shrimp with hot oil. With recoil the shrimp, add tomato sauce, ginger, onion, garlic, sugar and salt, stir with water. Leave soya sauce, Capsicum, onion and leaves, stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.

Pomegranate Shrimp


Ingredients: medium shrimp heads and peel 15-20 pieces, two teaspoons of olive oil, half a cup of onion chopped, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped,  Chilli (Red Cross) two, two tablespoons coriander leaf chopped,  pomegranate 4-5 tablespoons of grain, or a quarter cup of pomegranate juice 20 millilitres, half a teaspoon of salt.
Method: Salt, paprika and chopped pepper mixed with the shrimp and leave for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil in a pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Fry the onion and garlic in golden colour. Add coriander leaf and pomegranate juice also. Cook for 4-5 minutes without cover it. Add pomegranate seed when take down and spread the rest when serve.

Barbecue Shrimp


Ingredients: one cup of minced shrimp, 1 tablespoon of chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, 2 tablespoon of chopped onion, boiled potatoes, cornflower, 2 eggs, breadkram amount, amount of tomato sauce, salt.
 

Method: mix together all the ingredients except the eggs, oil and breadkram. Now fry it like in under oil making as you.

Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients: 7 pieces of shrimp, onions 50 grams, 5 grams of turmeric, garlic 5 grams, 10 grams of chilli, coriander 10 grams, 150 grams of oil, salt, coconut paste, mustard paste 20 grams, 10 grams of cumin, dried pepper powder 5 gm.

Ready Method: Peel the shrimp without tail. After peeled, black dirt has to remove with knife. Fish has to be washed with water, fry it lightly in hot oil. Heat the oil in another pot, fry the onion and brown in colour, with spicy curry gravy should be made. Pour over fish and simmer a few minutes to cook. With long cooking fish will become hard. So after a few minutes take down. Serve hot.

Curd-Shrimp

Ingredients: 1 cup of sour curd, 500 grams of medium-sized shrimp, onion cut into cubes 1 cup, whole chillies 5-6, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, half teaspoon of pepper powder, salt to taste and the amount of oil.
Ready Method: Peel and rinse the shrimp well. Then fry the shrimp and onion in hot, leave all the ingredients one by one. Now add the sour curd and salt and cover it. Arrange the cooked down to serve.

Prawn Tandoori


Ingredients: 500 grams of shrimp, ghee or butter 2 teaspoon, 2 teaspoon of sour curd, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, garlic paste 1 teaspoon, a little cinnamon powder, 1 large cardamom, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, coriander powder 1 teaspoon, dried chilli powder 1 teaspoon ,salt to taste and a little Sugar.
Recipe: Properly washed the prawn, mixed with sour curd and salt. Leave for marinate with ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cardamom seed, and with a little sugar for an hour. After one hour the marinated prawn have to arrange in a bamboo mixed with a little ghee and fry the two sides properly. If the shrimp are cooked becomes stiff. Once brought to the oven and serve hot with lemon juice and salad spread. If you want to pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes and grill it.
